Eric Russell brings more than 30 years of leadership and industry experience to Russell Coatings Co. After working in the family painting business, he graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and built expertise in estimating, project management, marketing, and customer service.

As owner of Russell Painting Company since 2006, Eric has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality work and building lasting customer relationships. At Russell Coatings Co., he is committed to helping homeowners and businesses transform their concrete with durable, premium coating systems while upholding the family values of quality, integrity, and professionalism.

Chad Russell
Chad Russell brings decades of experience and a strong family legacy to Russell Coatings Co. Raised in the painting industry, he learned the values of quality workmanship, integrity, and customer service from his father, who founded Russell Painting in 1978.

After taking ownership of the family business in 2018, Chad expanded into specialized concrete coating systems, helping homeowners and businesses transform their concrete surfaces with durable, high-quality solutions.

Today, Chad and his brother Eric proudly continue the family tradition, delivering exceptional results and building lasting relationships with customers across Indiana.
